The Rehearsal

Practice makes Perfect!

Practice makes perfect. For larger and more formal ceremonies, hosting a rehearsal the day before is extremely helpful to get your party on the same page. In the pre-marriage conversations, Gary will work with you to craft your desired ceremony from start to finish. He will communicate at the beginning of the rehearsal to your family and friends what is expected of them and ensure that everything you desire, can be your dream come true.

The rehearsal takes about 45 minutes to 1.5 hours to get everything done right. We usually walk through the entire ceremony 2-3 times or as needed.

More about the REhearsal

It is important to have everyone present if possible, including the dj and photographer.

If the DJ or photographer cannot be present, have someone with a phone and bluetooth speaker volunteer to play the appropriate tracks at the right time for practice. Also, it is helpful to have a "shot list" from the photographer to make sure the wedding party pauses at the right moments and places to get the pictures you want to capture on your wedding day. The DJ will also receive a copy of the order of service with the right song tracks listed. Gary will communicate with the lead photographer (if there is more than one) and the DJ on the day of the ceremony.
