Each wedding Ceremony is unique. Below are different categories and fees based on the type of ceremony you are looking for. Gary is always willing to work with you and your budget. All prices and fees will be finalized in the Terms of Service Contract.

The Full Package - $500.00

• Pre-Marriage Sessions
• Rehearsal up to 90 minutes
• Full Wedding Party with 15 or more Guests

Taking Care of Business - $350

• Pre-Marriage Sessions
• Small Wedding Party - Bride, Groom, 2 witnesses, and Officiant; typically 1-14 Additional Guests
• Ideal to host before or after your Destination wedding

Vow Renewal - $350-$500

• Pre-Renewal Planning Sessions
• Potential Rehearsal (Pending Size of Gathering)
• No License required

Tavel Costs, Accommodations, and Meals

• A mileage fee of $0.65 per kilometre will apply for travel beyond 50 kilometres from Terrace Bay, Ontario. Mileage will be calculated for both the trip to and from the venue.
• For distances greater than 300 kilometres, appropriate accommodations should be provided for one or two nights depending on Rehearsal and Ceremony start times. For an overnight stay, meals or a meal budget should be provided.
• Delayed Ceremony - An additional fee of $50 will be added for every 30 minutes of a delayed start time with the exception of any extenuating circumstances as determined by the officiant in communication with the bride and the groom.

There is no obligation to invite Gary to your reception or after party. If you so choose to do so, an invitation for him to bring a guest (usually his wife) is appreciated.
